Mark will identify key technical faults and solutions to correcting these faults. This will be a very interactive session with opportunities to ask questions.

He guided Greg Beard to 18.59 in the shot. Mark is a full-time sports scientist at Greenwich University and holds a Master’s degree in muscle physiology. Mark has an interest in strength and power training and is currently completing his PhD. He has also served as a strength and conditioning consultant in many sports, especially professional football.
